Hillsborough memorial game tomorow at Anfield. Tis going to be shown on ITV4 if anyone is interested, and got nothin to watch.
Teams will Include...
Liverpool Legends: King Kenny, God, Aldo, Rushy, Beardsley, Ronnie Whelan, Garry Gillespie, Jan Molby (beast!) Gary Ablett, Steve Staunton, Jamie Redknapp, Steve McManaman, Gary Mac, and DOn Hutchinson.
All Stars team: Shearer
Mike Newell, Alan Irvine, Nigel Clough, Des Walker, Dave Watson, Alan Stubbs, Trevor Steven, Graham Stuart.
Celebrities for all stars are: Joe Calzaghie, Westlife's Nicky Byrne, Craig David and Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones.
The Hillsborough Memorial Game is in aid of Marina Dalglish Appeal, which hopes to raise funds for the building of a new Radiotherapy Unit at University Hospital in Aintree.

Alan Shearer has confirmed he will line-up for the All Stars side in Thursday's Hillsborough Memorial Game at Anfield.
The interim Newcastle United boss - who only hung up his boots in 2006 - is set to link-up with Ricky Tomlinson's squad to take on a team of Liverpool legends, managed by Kenny Dalglish.
"I'm really looking forward to the game and am delighted to help such a brilliant cause," said Shearer.
"Having spent time in Merseyside during my spell at Blackburn Rovers, I know how important Hillsborough is to the people there."

I really do hope it goes down to last game of season. If arsenal beat utd then it become extremely exciting. More than likely utd will win or at least get the draw. But you never know.

4. Beat utd with arsenal on fifa 09 and hope it brings good omen.
5. Pray some more.
6. Speak to fergie bout how a match fix can be arranged.
7. tell wemger if he wins, i have a present for him.
8. Tell rafa not to play any mind games coz you aint no good at it. Thats the facts.
9. Make sure utd get another whooping on fifa09.
10. Buy some lucky pants
11. Go up to coleen and tell her to give wayne food poisioning.
12. Phone up skysports tell them breaking news ronaldo tevez and berba will be at real madrid next season. (should cause a bit of awkawd atmosphere)
13. Did i mention pray?
14. Sneak into utds kit room and put kits on boil wash so they have no kit and therefore have to forfeit.
15. Bribe the ref before fergie does

You telling me Fergie is good at "mind games"? Don't think so some how. He riled Keegen once but that was hardly intentional. And look at that joke of a thing he set up with him and fat sam ... lmao, not exactly genious.
Was a great game today, all 3 forward legends - Rush, Aldo and Dalglish (Stubbs let him score haha, keeper didn't though, he kinda nutmegged him!!). Lovejoy missed an open net in front of the kop hahaha, he was well gutted. Shearer also missed a few sitters himself
Also wish I could of gone, was a great atmosphere, not quite sure about YNWA at the end though, was a bit odd to say the least with the crap singer and the kids screaming it...

Keeper did let him score Mike, made it look slightly like he was trying, but I'm pretty sure he might have put a bit more effort in if he was trying to prevent it
Nothing like Shearer's testimonial when we made a fantastic come back from 2-1 down in injury time to win 3-2
Oh and on special games, the Bobby Robson fund game is on the 26th July, and I'm absolutely gutted 'cause I go away 2 days before, would have loved to go to that!

I had to pick my fiancee up from train station after she had been up in scotland for a week. Otherwise i would of gone. Like i went to the memorial service. So i had to settle for watching half of it on the telly.

A-Levels.
The keeper made a half hearted attempt to save it like when we play down the park. Still it could have quite eeasily hit him.
Shearer is 30+, Kenny is 50+ lol. Still got the old footballing brain though, but Jan Molby (our old Xabi Alonso + a few stone) was best player. What a player he was!!

Was a good game tbh, enjoyed watching it, great to see everyone getting on and having a laugh also good to see some players from the past and obcourse stubbsy who rightly let kenny dalglish past tbh.
I agree with what the_kop said about the kids singing ynwa at the end, sounded like an under 21's england match haha but still a great game for a great cause.
