I'm so pleased you took the bait and outed yourself because you were one of the cheats I was referring too.
Oh and congratulations for your restraint. This is one of the few posts in which I can remember that you haven't reminded us all how good you used to be.
Is it against the rules? Thought not!
Maybe you should try and do it, you might become a better player! I'm sure if i didn't do it on the occasions i did do it I'd have a lot less wins and more defeats, soooooo

The aim of the game is to "win" ill do anything within reason to win, as long as its not in the rules it's fine
Of course it makes you a better player...maybe not a better person, but at the end of the day it's an online game

Just thought i'd help you out there ste.
And i agree with ste. I've done it on many occasions. If you dont like it, then dont play. Simple as. As ste said it's an online game and there is no way to implement the deliberate foul. So if it's available to you, dont smash out of the snooker and leave them on, just tap a red or colour you aint suppose to and sit back and think, let me take it again.

"Cheating in video games involves a player of a video game creating an advantage beyond the bounds of normal gameplay, usually to make the game easier"
Please don't launch personal attacks on members. I see players who actually do what Ste and others do, as better because of it. The majority attempt to get out of the snooker, but risk putting themselves in bad position because of it - thus raising the risk of losing.
However, if playing safe helps them win, whats so bad about it? Maybe you should practice if you actually want a higher chance of beating them - y'know - if you can't beat em, join em .
You may see it as immoral, however the people who play like that don't.
If you find £100 in the street with no one else around and no risk of repercussions, would you keep it, or hand it in to the nearest police station?

Most of us do it, me included, but only do it if there aint a better shot on, part of the game, if you don't like it then don't play, or play a different game, i recommend carom

Lmao, yep you have deffinately done it before Mike. Against me in arcade many of times. Like Ste said i dont see what all this fuss is about.
We might as well all argue about fluke shots. They happen, and there is no way of stopping it happening. I had a clan match that i admittadly lost 2-0. The first and second frame, he was snookered both times and on a red, fluked and then cleared up. It's frustrating, but it happens. End of.
All i can say is if you dont like the tactics players use, then dont play them. Like ragefire said before. If they do it, finish that game and then leave. No ones asking you to carry on playing!
