Lass Diarra, best prospect to return to English football. If any club could get him it would be a great signing.

Forlan would be useful, he'd get you goals, but then before Torres signed, he was going to get us goals, didnt fabricate.
We need to replace Miereles. Cant stand the goon. He breaks up play, doesnt seem to know what he is doing, cant defend, cant attack and shoots too much. I'd punch him.
Swap him for an attack minded player, a Modric type. I really think we missed out. Fabregas left, Modric left, Nasri left all these players seem to leave and Chelsea got Miereles!? Haha.
Actually making our squad worse. Pfft.

News in that Newcastle United are putting a bid in for Lionel Messi.
Messi recently said in an interview with Sky Sports:
"I've always wanted to make a move to the Premier League. Newcastle are a great team and I've supported them since I was a child. It would be great for me to play for them."
The amount of money bid has not yet been disclosed.

At 33, you should be happy they want to pay money for him. Just can't see it happening though, just cos I cannot see Fergie signing a 33 year old at 150K a week, seeing as though he has no resale value at all.
I reckon Frank will be at Chelsea for another 18 months and perhaps play in China/Russia for a year @ 200+ K a week as a nice retirement fund.

Fergie would sign him on an 18month contract and reports today say lampard would welcome the move... Fergie has a history of signing stopgap players before such as Andy Goram, Laurent Blanc etc

Newcastle are close to signing Pap(i)ss Cisse from Bundesliga club Freiberg. The price is said to be around the £10m mark.
He flew to Newcastle today for talks with the club.
He's currently scored 33 goals in his last 51 games over the past two seasons in Germany, and plays along side Demba Ba for Senegal.
This is said to be a done deal which is pretty fantastic.

Anyways some Strange stuff going on at Stoke, Didier Drogba car was at our training groud for 2 days WHY? we do not know! All we know is he's going China (think its china) at the end of the season so why was he at the Brit let's hope more information follows!
Also Uchebo doesn't look to be signing for Stoke not such a loss lol
Stoke are intrested in Defoe tho but with their recent sucess it looks highly unlikly for anything to anything occur from that!
