Hazard is a cracking young player from what I've seen.

Another good prospect (although I haven't heard of him being linked with English clubs... yet ....) is Montpellier's Olivier Giroud. He has just finished this season as Ligue 1's top scorer too.

Giroud does look decent yeh but Montpellier are mental if they think he's worth €50-60m.

I also personally think Hazard is overrated. At least every time I've seen him play he's looked like a good player, but the kind that will never really set the premier league on fire.

Haven't a clue to be honest. I've seen bits on Youtube and he looks alright but I doubt he'll be playing first team football on a regular basis, at least not next season anyway.

Gylfi Sigurdsson looks like he will join Swansea after his great Loan Spell for about £6.3 million! Well In Swansea splashing that sort of cash!

Another signing of note that happened a few days ago is The Foxes Leicester City signing the first ever £1 million pound player from a Non League Team newly promoted Fleetwood... so Fleetwood get promoted and straight away lose the striker Jamie Vardy who scored 34 times last season... ouch.

And Hazard has officially signed for Chelsea if I'm not mistaken?

Hazard hasnt signed anything yet, he's just declared the team he wants to join I suppose.. expect the deal to go through over the summer though... Chelsea are also in discussions into signing The Hulk.

Basically now... Abramovich has won the European Cup, he has achieved his goal... now what he wants is the football he wants Chelsea to play...

We are being linked with nabbing Gylfi Sigurdsson from Swansea. I have loved that player since his Reading days. He reminds me so much of Lampard.

Dirk Kuyt has gone to Fenerbache for £1-2m. Good luck to him, never the most naturally gifted but God loves a trier and so did the fans! Scored some vital goals for Liverpool. Glad he won his trophy in the end.

Chelsea are apparently interested in buying Hatem Ben Arfa.
£18m is the fee that's been spreading around.
I'd be absolutely devastated if he left.. Without Ben Arfa we'll be lacking a lot of spark and creativity in midfield. He's not exactly easy to replace either... It's not very often a player of his quality comes along.

I also think £18m is a bit cheap if you ask me...

Thought they were getting Hulk anyway. Ben Arfa wouldn't have much chance there.

Giroud likely to go to Arsenal, would be a good buy I think, but I am never sure about players from the french league either they do well, Nasri and Ben Arfa, or they do badly, Chamakh and Koscielny etc.

Not sure if it has been announced yet but Last I heard Demba Ba had left for £9m too. I think in hindsight you could probably have slapped a £15m minimum release fee instead of the £9m and would easily have got it. But a £9m profit after 12 months is good by anyones standards!

Not a big surprise to be honest, nor is it really a big disappointment either. He's a good player, and did brilliant for us in the first half of the season, but as soon as Cisse arrived, you could see it wouldn't work out. They don't play well together, so it's either a case of choose one to go up front, and stick the other on the left, as was the case, or let one of them leave. I'd rather have Cisse than Ba as he looks the better player, and with that £9m we can invest it into a decent left winger (hopefully).

So I'm thankful for what Ba did for us, but it's only right he moves on, and I wish him the best of luck.

So last season Nottingham Forest, the super reds, struggled after 2 seasons in the playoffs. Before the start of last season we lost our manager Super Billy, we also lost about 10 players most of them on frees... and now its a bit of deja vu!!!

Last seasons top goalscorer Gaz McClearly has already left to join newly Promoted Reading.. and now it would appear that our 2nd highest scorer Dex Blackstock looks like he is on his way to Celtic!

And Forest have no money to buy anybody!!! I smell doom!!!!
