Tough one! Story time...
Few years ago I decided to go for a jog at 5am in the morning to build my stamina up.. so first time running and I ran for 6 miles... I then waddeled like a penguin for 4 days as I was in so much pain!!!
Swim? Well I cant swim! I cant get my breathing right, granted I havent done it since school and I would look good in a speedo...
So my answer will be Swim, so i can Learn
