I have been i so many torneys, been on for so many halfs and the person i was playing just left, so i didn't get the half :/
i think that the game should be changed slighlty, to like when in a ranked or friendly game you can play on till you finish your break...
views please ??

Several threads have been made about this, including one by me where i suggested something.
I'd like to see this change. It was only a couple days ago I was in Arcade Marathon Tourny, was on a break of 56 with a possible 107 available and my opponent left. Would have been nice to have the chance to make it, even if i messed up.

ive said it for ages so has everyone else,
wether its even being looked into we'll never know.
ive asked for answers to anything in production and we get told nothing.
it needs to be changed tho this sucks, too many sore losers being spitefull

As i_am_deco said, yes, there are lots of threads about this, but there are also lots of reasons in those threads why things are the way they are.

I am sorry, but there is absolutely no reason for the automatic ending of the frame. It angers far more than it suits put it that way, I can't actually beleive nothing has been done about it.
In about 3 years time after about 30 threads popping up on the matter, something will be done about it, shame it will have taken that long though. When will common sense prevail?

can i just ask how you know it angers more than it suits? it angers the people that have created/commented on threads regarding this issue.
i am going to hazard a guess as to that being 100 different people have complained via the threads plus lets say another 200 that havnt but still wish it was changed.
we are talking about 1% of the total users of funkysnooker that this angers.
i am one of the ones that would like it to be introduced but i know why it isnt

Well my good friend Deco whom likes to pick apart every post that I make to the point of obsession:
In the 1% of users who you reckon use the forums, how many of that 1% have said that they like the current set up?
Far less than 50% therefore if we generalise it to the other 99% of funkysnooker users, I would say that angers far more than it suits.

i wasnt trying to be smart at all. i made a valid rebuttal to your post. that is what the threads are for. constructive responses, which mine was.
you seem to think i have a personal vendetta against you, which i dont. if spinner or lee left the post you did i would have said the same thing. am i supposed not to comment because you left a post?

Right lads lets not get in an argument, as you said deco, the threads is for constructive responses.
Im sure that out of all the funky players that play in tournaments who hit halfs regualy get anoyed with this set up, why is it that in ranked and friendly games you can play to finish your break but in a tournament then its not the case, surly if this was changed to how it is in ranked and friendly games then this would not bother anyone as it makes no difference to the member leaving the game, im sure there is a far greater chance that this will please members then upset them...
