i think the only thing u smell at the moment is funkysnooker because ur taking everything ways too serious

well every rule (except this one) got talked with publically i added this when i realised everyone didn't know that you can use more than one sub.

you can sub many times as you like long as they are eligible which destiny was.

plus 10 bonus points for both clans so why complain?

At the end of the day, captains dont need to agree to a sub if it was a normal sub. Sure if that was the case then we would all disagree if it was thought the subbed in player was going to win.

Thats the simple facts.

Ok maybe some other stuff was missing from the rules but they are completely irrelevant to this whole arguement.

In light of recent events regarding 'suspect substitutions' and allegations of 'rule changing' and 'general skullduggery', I propose a motion that dgeneratio be removed from his position as clan league runner and banned from any clan activities for a period of 16 months.

And in an attempt to prevent any further similar actions, I propose a motion that the clan league be wound up effective immeadiately.

These are, in my opinion, drastic but necessary actions to prevent any further distress by the aforementioned individual accussed of such heinous crimes to the funkysnooker clan community.

Some may even compare dgeneratio's crimes to past villians like Adolf Hitler, Robert Mugabe & Saddam Hussein. End the tyranny now!

To clear things up:
Subs for subs are of course allowed as long as they are valid (player hasn't played another fixture, is in clan, no swap, etc...). You are allowed to continue subbing as long as they are valid. Nothing in the rules says otherwise. It has been this way for the last 3 seasons and this scenario has occurred a number of times since then without problem. I have added a sentence in rule 11 (second sentence) to make things more clear. Note that the rule has not been changed, only clarified!!

Remember, we can't possibly cover every possible scenario with the rules. They are guidelines and I think cover a lot of the important questions that can come up. If you think a very important rule may be missing, post it here and it will be up for discussion.

Finally, if something like this comes up, I would encourage captainsto do the protesting, not all of funky. Captains (hopefully) have read the rules and would be able to know whether something is wrong or not (would have solved the problem in this case).

Comments about default team:
So far I think the default team has been quite fair. There were some contentious results, but overall over the last 2 seasons it has been effective and rarely criticized. More importantly, although some decisions might be wrong, they certainly are not partial, which is what matters.
