Why do team sizes jump from 15 to 17 after transfer window?

just a quick note. cup defaults also mean a player is still cup tied.

That would destroy the whole point of the transfer window. In this case, any player can just leave the clan on his own will and go to another clan, even after the transfer window. Remember, if a player wishes to leave a clan, captains can not force him to stay, meaning he's out of the clan.
The idea is that players who are part of a clan at any point after the transfer window can not play for another clan until the end of the season (exception: a clan folds).

It only applies if the player has been a member of another clan after the transfer window.
How about:
b) Free agents can be signed throughout the entire season (note quarantine, rule 10). If a free agent was a member of a clan after the transfer window, he can not play for another clan for the duration of the season.

removed from clan should go in a released list but we dont have one.
well you are the league runner mister you go make a released list buddy and people can't join another clan for a week or two after they have left perhaps?

We are only looking for captains or vice-captains to comment on the following topic please.
There are currently 35 unplayed fixtures (unless others haven't been posted) with 1 day left to play. This is obviously too many for defaults. Dgen will be sitting there for 3 hours putting them up and we don't even have logs at the moment.
I am asking for opinions on whether you want the deadline for these games extended. If not, please post some sort of a solution to the defaults problem.
If we do extend the deadline, please note that there will be no bonus points for games completed after Thursday midnight (original deadline). Results will still count for golden cue tables.
I am suggesting a 1 week deadline for these games.
This is for captains and vice-captains only please.

if you like but im inclined to say no here maybe the defaults team can do one or two clan matches defaults each? split them evenly to take off the workload with mooney and seb/dgen overviewing each decision

Without commenting on the idea itself, yes to either dgen or me, but PLEASE stop hinting that I will cheat other teams (you've done it both here and on carom thread now). I've never done anything to remotely suggest I would screw others over.
