well if they have enough reliable players to get games done, don't they pass the test?

another idea what was brought forward.

eliminating the playoffs and after sorting into cup/plate then its a straight knockout.

doing it like this imo should eliminate golden cue from cup, along with bonuses as then some clans are at a disadvantage due to being knocked out early.

You can still count the frame % one, because it's independent of the amount of frames you play.
But it would not count for bonus league, but that's only a side event anyway. If people aren't motivated to play playoffs, then we shouldn't play them.

true, plus in frames % more you play, more you risk losing or gaining % for yourself.

another thing whats been bugging me, cup final at the moment has no deadline (like last season which took nearly a month to do which is too long).

tomorrow i might slap a 2 week deadline so we can get things moving, when i have my week off i will ask clans to sign up along with members.

the teams on site will not be done until the friendlies is over so we have a rough idea on who makes it through.

plus don't need defaults with the friendlies.

for cup what im proposing, i know moons likes a no deadline final but my idea is either a 2 or 3 week final deadline then games gets played faster instead of slowing down.

plus i can get next season started much faster.

After next season during final i might just ask clans to sign up then, and do the friendlies afterwards.

As long as there's a decent minimum amount of frames played there shouldn't be a problem? maybe 25-30.

its 18 at the moment but if more clans make it through i may raise it a touch.

For the final I'd slap on a weeks deadline starting from Sunday. The longer you allow you'll find people waiting until the last minute anyway

No deadline, play within reason though..If it drags you can hurry it along..Main point is it shouldn't have a default.

i know people aren't interested about cup playoffs but it was put there so each clan had 3 games in the cup.

yeah i know but final should be played quicker than normal i feel and no deadline will make people relax more instead of trying to play.

I think 3 weeks is more than enough for any final and if it can't be played by then then somethings wrong.

just Cup Final to go, once thats over ill put 1 week deadline for golden cue purposes, Sunday 19th is the time im hoping these will be finished (will be 3-4 weeks since fixtures got brought out then should be finished anyway) then 1 week off to back up league data and during that time ill allow 1 week for clans to enter teams for the league ready for pre season friendlies.

not yet but 19th of this month is what im hoping, as i dont want to hold next season too long.

if its just 1 game left then 11 days should be plenty.
