Yes I suppose, just I would really like to see a world tour officially part of the clan league system

i don't think there is a way we can do it.
unofficial is best as then if clans want to enter they can, if its apart of the league clans are pretty much forced to enter.

Think you may be right there as much as I hate to say it.
I wouldnt mind it being unofficial, but it makes it more reliable being official as people would be more aware of their matches and more encouraged to play them sooner, and also there could then be a ranking system which would cover ALL clan matches

i could do a ranking system on here if i wanted but its not very popular at the moment, i might post an idea up close to end of season.

Yeah that would be a great addition, would make people certainly play better, and would make it slot more competitive

would have to be clans, we have golden cue for players.
if ranking system did get brought in, would it be continuous or start over per season?

would start over per season mate, i can drag the clan tour to 16 weeks per tour season, thats 2.6 weeks per stage + 4 weeks open season=3.3 weeks per stage to play a max of 4 fixtures, for the final intergrated with then clan league fixtures of one per fortnight + indvid.+ cup, + 2 to 3 (most like or 2 frame matches), surely wouldnt be too hard ?

Schedule should look something like this...
Fixture 1 + Cup Quarters: 25/7 - 8/8 (2 weeks)
Fixture 2 + Fixture 3: 8/8 - 22/8 (2 weeks)
Cup Semis: 22/8 - 29/8 (1 week)
Transfer Window: 29/8 - 4/9 (1 week)
Fixture 4 + Plate Semis: 5/9 - 19/9 (2 weeks)
Fixture 5 + Cup/Plate Final: 19/9 - 9/10 (3 weeks)
One round of the individual knockout during each one of those.
thats the schedule so just under 3 months, 3 months including the pre season friendlies we had.

Whats the rule to players already in a clan at the moment joining another clan mid season? Or does it have to wait till the transfer window?

Players in a clan (that is in the clan league) can't play for another clan until the transfer window in mid-season.
Rules said:
2.7 Player transfers
The league officially begins with Fixture 1. At this point players must stick with their clan. Transfers are only allowed during a 1 week transfer window later in the season. If a player transfers before the transfer window, they will not be eligible to play until after the transfer window.
After the transfer window, no further transfers are allowed.
There is no transfer window for Cup Games. Once a player plays in a cup fixture, they may not play in the cup for another clan.

if its a free agent its just quarantine rule
if say a joined FSE mid season but was in D&C depending on when that player was signed
- before transfer - wait until transfer
- during transfer - fine
- after transfer miss season
if that player played in cup for other clan they cannot play in the Cup.
and all accounts during season has to be a month old (or 31 days as seb calls it)
