Well Bernie Ecclestone seems to agree that F1 has become dull in the dry as he is trying to implement the idea of Fixed Wet races isnt he?

Well Bernie wants to have a racetrack with basically a hose pipe around the entire circuit so he can choose WHEN it goes wet to make the race more exciting, and I thought as a Formula 1 fan youd know this?
