Just wondering,
It would be good if you could change your cue type
like have a few to choose from
Myabe design on wood on table?

That sounds like a great idea.
I'll throw my idea into the mix: How about unlockables? Where you can get cues and table cloths for certain achievements?

its like xbox achievements lol, make a half century, make a century, win a tournament, win 100 tournaments, make a maximum etc.

Or have the ability to "spend" your ranking points on cues? Buy a cue and points get taken off?

I'd have a dollar bill rolled into a cue shape

Would seriously make it so much better!
Could even make it simple to start with like have bamboo cue being the worst all the way to a "golden Cue" which would require reaching virtuoso at something or making a maximum. How wicked would that be!

This thread reminds me of an old pool game I had years ago on the Playstation 1 I think. You would have to beat certain challenges, some were pretty basic, some ridiculously hard etc.
Anyway, you would get credits for beating these challenges which could be 'spent' to unlock certain items i.e. cues, cloths, characters and so on.
I forget the name of the game but that was the basic idea. So maybe the idea here could be if you get a half, century, carom run, tourny win etc you get a certain amount of credits to spend on a range of items.
Another idea would be to have 'one of a kind' type cues that can be won at a monthly tourny! The competitiveness for the prestigious cue prize would be great and would even get the likes of myself playing tournies.
Anyway, you would get credits for beating these challenges which could be 'spent' to unlock certain items i.e. cues, cloths, characters and so on.
