How about a system where you earn points to spend (let's call it "FunkyMoney" for this example)?

You would get FunkyMoney for getting to next rank, winning tournys and getting half cents and cents. Maybe even something for beating higher ranked players.

Each achievement would have "Base Points" plus there could be "Bonus Points" for milestones.

You could then use your FunkyMoney to buy cues and other things. These could range from a basic cue right the way up to golden cue. Could also buy a Custom Kit that lets you customise your own cue.

Oh yeah, fancy that! haha!

Based on those numbers, cues would have to be expensive. And most things should be expensive. Like...

Gold Cue (being the most elite) - 50,000
Silver Cue (2nd best) - 30,000

And maybe you should start with a spoon or something, and until you get a new cue, you cant use spin..as the spoon has no spin! Woah!

If this is possible then it has to happen. It shouldn't be limited to just cues though. Other stuff should be available such as tables and whatever else is possible to customise. That table based on the Chinese flag is class.

zante thought of this idea on pool, maybe go like this:

500 = structure kit (Own Design)
1,000 = bronze
5,000 = crystal
10,000 = silver
25,000 = gold
50,000 = platinum
75,000 = ruby
100,000 = sapphire
125,000 = emerald
150,000 = diamond

would make people work really hard for these cues, what you think, I also like cues structure.

I was pointed to this thread from another, and yes, anyone who knows me knows I support the idea of custom options.

The only condition with any custom options must be that they do not affect gameplay, other than that, you can't have too many options

One of the reasons I like the idea of things like this, and "special" additions to profiles, like medals, trophies, etc is to encourage people to build their profiles year on year.
