Sadly McClaren has resigned and will seek no compensation, great man. Sadly he found out that the Forest board didnt back him like they said they would, much like Billy Davies and has found it a bit difficult to get balance in a team that lost 9 players in the summer and barely replaced them. So Forest look for a new manager and hopefully Steve will find a new club and prove the doubters wrong as he is still a great manager

More significantly Nigel Dougherty is stepping down, so big big changes happening at the City Ground, and its needed after David Pleat left a couple of weeks ago.

Several names being banded about currently including the MK Dons boss, Roy Keane, Stuart Pearce and of course Billy Davies who was pretty much at loggerheads with the board during his time with The Reds after not delivering his needs, pretty much why Steve McClaren left after broken promises WHICH incidentilly is the reason he didnt do so well at Wolfsberg.
