What makes me laugh, people actually assume we make the grass longer because you lose?

What an absolute joke, the pitch is the same size against you as it is against Man United as it would be if we pulled Accrington Stanley is a cup only time it changes is when we are in Europe as their law means it needs to be bigger.

And in all fairness on the 'long grass' subject they act like it's played in a forest the grass is what 2" long oposed to 1" or something daft it's that small you can't notice it, do you really think that makes any difference in football? You should be able play on a park for god damn sake it's a joke when you defend yourself with an excuse of 'The grass is long' next think you know we will have a dodgy ball? Or no heating in the away changing rooms what other pathetic excuses can people come up with next.

End of day the Brit is like a fortress we can beat anybody at home absolutly anybody.

Somebody should go and measure everybodys grass in the prem then prove to me that ours is longer because Wenger said it once you all think it's true haha

Liverpool need stop making excuses as do every other team when you come the brit come expecting a point nothing else because your lucky to walk away with that....

I think scousers are the most passionate supporters in the world. Red and Blue.

Istanbul - Wow
Wembley - Wow i was at that game! When we beat United on pens!

We breath football, as you all do but scousers will always have that edge in my opinion. Big statement but i believe I'm correct :)

Scottish people are the most passionate in the world IMO, the atmosphere at the old firm derby is immense!

At the Brit on Wednesday the travelling Kop will be sold out. Most will have seen players you can only dream of. Been to watch football matches you have only heard of. Experienced nights you can not even imagine.

Yet they will stand, sing and watch us take on some small club called Stoke City in a devalued cup competition on a late, cold October evening.

This is why Loserpool and their fans are hated. The above post says it all.

Walking around like you are the big boys, totally biased, thinking your the best at everything, have the best players, have the best fans, the best stadium, best atmasphere, best manager... nah, your the best deluded fans in the country.

I don't think anything...

I missed m_wood's post, and I have got to agree

Liverpool are just a 'hasbin' they are nothing now no team Premierleague/Europe fears them it's just an average fixture just like Fulham/Everton and so forth it's ONLY Liverpool 30 years about it would be OMFG it's Liverpool RUN! but them days have gone and won't come back

(All from m_woods statment)
And they are biased towards their own club, I know Stoke play poo football but I love it but everything to Liverpool is amazing... Fans as I keep saying suck... Players 3/4 are amazing rest average....

And finally Manager King Kenny as they would say I actually do Like him I really do he knows what he is doing and he loves football and Liverpool (Just liek Pulis with Stoke) but there are atleast 5 Managers I would put before him:

Sir Alex (Greatest Manager ever stand on the touch line)
Tony Pulis (Realist and will not tolerate anything off players he's the boss and i'm biased as he's a Stokie lol)
Jose Mouriniho
Moyes (No money second club in Liverpool but amazing at what he is given great manager)
Martin O'Neil
King Kenny

But then Harry Redkanp is also there but don't know if he makes it above Kenny probably not but that's my personal List

Liverpool = Big CLub alot of previous sucess they were amazing and they were absolutly the best in Europe at 1 point, just fans need to realise they are nothing right now focus on the present and realise your just a average club...

3 years they will be back up

Does it really matter?

There are so many factors to it for example Fulham could be at the bottom because they have a lot of fans who have asthma.

I just wet my knickers! Love this Alex, good shout!

I too second this notion.

I will swear by this. Not just Rangers v Celtic, but Motherwell v Rangers. Celtic v Aberdeen, have electric atmosphere and even games likes Hibs v Hearts, roaring.

Its not because the football is better than in Madrid v Barca becuase it clearly isn't.

Its not because there are more fans at the stadium, because theres clearly not.

Its the fans! And I will stick my neck out and assume they are Scottish...

I look at it like, Scottish people support Scotland. They support them even though they fail to perform. Yet not all scousers love England.

If that makes sense?

Obviously seeing as im mostly Scottish my opinion could be bias, but I'm only bias about Chelsea .

So there it is, real Scottish fans are the best fans. Not Stokies, not Scousers, not Geordies, not Londoners and not Mancunian's.

Glad thats decided

Right, I dont like Liverpool. They are my least favourite team. I grew up with over half of my mates Liverpool and Chelsea wern't so good in 1997! Lol. So I got a lot of stick from them.

My other pals were Man Utd fans.... but I never disliked Man Utd....

Because, they wern't 'rubbing it in' my face. Man United no they are gigantic, and people accept that but with Liverpool.... it seems so fake?

Im being constantly reminded that Liverpool have more throphies, more leagues, more fans, more atmosphere....

But United have took it all away from you and you haven't seen all the "Haha we have all the throphies haaa!" They just strived to get there and are now modest.

Liverpool have never been modest. They are a selfish team and blinded by their own history.

Now Stoke come along, rampant crowds, attempting to take away all that Liverpool really have left, their fans love, And Liverpool hate it.

I have never been to Stoke, but I hear Stan Collymore and all these other sports pundits who claim that Stokes little stadium shakes, so you have to hand it to them.

Mike mentioned that Stoke couldnt sell out the stadium, well that then counters his argument, because they have even less fans! Its not how many fans you have.

You have to give credit when its due, nobody is raised to be a Stoke fan, so the kids of today don't support Stoke, they support Liverpool, and kids can scream louding than Stokes older fans.

Also bare in mind Asthmatics

The erm, Tevezs' potential suring of Roberto Mancini for 'defamation of character' is interesting.

Tevez still denying that he refused to come on against Munich, claiming "Why would I not want to play football?" with his personal 'camp' also disputing the four week fine (£1million) for the 5 seperate breeches of contracts, putting the point across that Tvez wants to leave the club, by sitting on a bench he isn't intising anyone to put a bid in for him.

Which is a fair point, he did travel with the squad, Mancini doesnt like him, may want to get rid of him and the owner might love Tevez.

It might be like the whole Shevchenko/Mourinho/Abramovich scenario.

But Mancini persists on not playing Tevez, so I wouldnt be ashamed of Tevez if he has refused.

Also just read, that when a player if fined wages, its then up to that player if he is willing to play for the club in that fine period.

IE Tevez could refuse to play for 4 weeks, as he isnt being paid any money.

I am not sure if this is a term of Tevez contract or if its the same for everyone... bizzare.

I'd refuse to play if I was him, but then again, he could say yes I'll play, look like the bigger man, and no he wont get played anyway lol.

Why thankyou Sir.

I have been holding my breath since posting them waiting for your approval

I dont disagree with you there, that there are a lot of horrible United fans.

I still get stick to this very day from the Champions League final etc and now Torres.

Constantly remined of these events in day to day situations. Potting a black whilst playing pool - "Ohh Derry, dont Torres it!"

I miss a shot and its "Did you slip? Another Terry moment..."

Im saved in someones phone as John Derry.

One day! Chelsea will do the goods! Yaaay for me eventually

lads in here, we all love football.

tyler has found this soccer manager game online, its amazing to be fair, you play in real time, so your matches are on specific days wednesdays and saturdays which gives you all the rest of the week for doing your team and transfers obviously between the clubs.

real quality this, we can all be playiing in the same database basically.

check it out , i had a play around on there and its easy just like champ man basically, would be good if we got loads of people interested.

Little Stokes Brit not sold out - again. The Liverpool end is though....

Carling Cup isn't as interesting as the premier league is it?

We are hammering them again, yet once again unable to score. We will probably go on to lose to their only chance of the game again.
