Pretty sure, there was one premium member that has been banned, he was a great player, some would say even the greatest.

But you don't get a refund on anything you're just banned I think it explains that when you sign up, well last time I checked it did.

It would be nice to see Nick's thoughts on adding some more privileges for premium members.

You have the ability of adding them yourselves! A normal member can make a "pool event" without bothering admins...

Dec, you are a great lad but to come out with a silly comment like that makes you look silly mate. Do you have a problem with premium membership? If so then talk to admin or nick direct. Anything to help run the site and give free add play for a tenner a year cant be a bad thing/ I dont use this myself as i dont ever have a problem with the game but if there was other items to this then i would take it up.

I dont think little digs like this help thou, im not aiming this at you but in general. We all play/come to both sites so lets try and help improve the game!

What is there to talk about with Nick/admins? I purchased premium, spent €12 on it and I dont think it was worth it. Simple as that Dave.

It was not a dig, it was merely a statement of my opinion. I purchased it to increase my game window & it didnt have any effect.

Dec i cant comment on the benefit/dis-advantage of having a premium membership so dont want to go into that on here. I just dont think having a dig on a forum helps. As you say its your opinion mate and thats very valid. Im sure all the other people that joined for membership would shout if they had the same problem! Maybe a thread for members with issues like you said you have paid 12 euros - or 10 quid. Then Nick (the owner and has a lot to say) can help. My advice with admins are they run the place when nick is not here. Its not a dig Dec just advice from someone that has been on both sites for a number of years!

when i had premium it didnt make any difference to me so i didnt see the need to purchase it.

Your initial point was that paying for it helps support the site yet you wont pay £10 to support it yourself. It cant have a negative affect on your game play so why not buy it purely to support the site and nothing else?

£10 is the lowest viable it could be made so nick can actually make some money. No ads for a year for only a tenner is a bargain if you ask me (I will end up getting it when I can be bothered)

For more benefits you should pay more for all the work and effort gone into it. It's not exactly breaking the bank. Save a quid a day and you'll have it in a couple of week!

Well, I have premium membership.

Does it increase the table size for me? Not so you would notice but it does for others.
Does the lack of adverts reduce/eliminate lag? Not for me because I never suffered from lag before anyway but for those that do I've heard it is beneficial.
Was it worth it (for me)? Yes, because it helps support such a great site thus enabling Nick to introduce new features and improve existing ones.
Is this enough for everyone? Possibly not which is why Nick is contemplating the possibility of introducing a trial so that those that want to have something tangible for their money (not a bad thing by any means) can see for themselves if it is for them.

In a nutshell, there is no simple Yes or No as everybody's situation and expectations are different.
