On reg and orig they look fine IMO. But on arcade they are obviously a lot larger and look kinda pixelated as said above etc..

Just had to add my name to the list of people who would like the option to use the old balls. The new ones look like discs sliding across the table. The reason for that is because the marks on the balls do not look like external reflections, they look like marks - so it is less easy to imagine that the ball is rolling. Please let us use the old balls. Thanks. :)

Dislike the way the balls are. They are blurry and worn. Nice other additions though.

yeah i mentioned that too. i dont mind the balls (although maybe less contrast or something?), but the aim and spin balls dont need this.

im still not 100% about these new balls but i wouldn't mind the spin ball and cursor back how they was before, other than that ill accept the new balls although i prefer the old set.

i was one of the first to complain about the balls on pool but ive got used to them since,nothing wrong with them.

I like the look of the balls and table, gives the overall look a more professional image! However the only thing i have noticed is that the cloth on the sides look a little more ragged, the edge into the pockets looked poor. This might be my pixel quality thou so if this can be improved please point me in the right direction!

well, the ball at the table and the table itself is okay, but as I and some other people said above, the cursor look quiet distracting or asymetrical (old cursor)... Since I only use the old cursor in snooker its very important for me that something will be done there. What i dont like about the cursor is the huge size and the right side of the cursor is thicker than the left one (I see this especially in original).
The reason why I stood at the old cursor is that i know how much i need to overlap the aimed ball for it to go inside the pocket and without the cursor being symetric it will be quiet hard to aim at original.

are they still as shiny as the were? I cant decide if i am imagining they are less shiny than when they were introduced or they were actually changed

id say still as shiny.

im having to overlap cursor to pot though don't know if its happened to anyone else.

They dont look near as bad to me. Didnt expect to get used to them that quick

im finding touch harder on orig but im sure ill get used to it in time, every other type is there

played a couple of games as a guest yesterday,it seems to me the pace of the cue ball is faster since the update-precision normally my strong point but i couldnt grasp it,maybe im out of touch on snooker but i do see white issues

I do not like the new colours.

I would prefer to have the option to NOT have the new colours.

I do not enjoy playing snooker in silly boiled-sweet-o-vision.

It looks naff.

And tacky.

And less realistic that the old version.

That's going to bug the hell out of my too.

This was a terrible idea. My dirty boiled sweet curling stones and my asymmetrical cursor are going to annoy the hell out of me.

If you're playing for free you owe a thanks to Nick either way, he's allowing you to play a game he created, for free..
So he can change things if he sees fit.

It's not like I'm the only person to hold this opinion. I'm just saying what I think.

I'm entitled to that opinion, and the forum function gives me the right to express it.

Obviously the ideal solution would be to have both versions available, so grumpy sods like me don't have an excuse to rant.
