COME ON Nick sort it out now you known about this problem a while!

Updating servers does not take this long! Why are we still experiancing problems?

There's been no further downtime as far as I can see.

last night on here and pool everyone got logged off a couple of times

ye i got logged off about 5 times

yeah was in 15 man killer, all got logged out!

If it's bothering you that much then just stop playing until it's fixed, all the people who keep comnplaining still keep playing. I've only been logged out once and that was a bit a go now.....and when it happens you don't lose any rank or get an abandonded stat on your profile so i can't see what the big deal is..

Yesterday was an odd one though. Loads of people were getting logged off completely, while others only went to 'not responding' and then came back.
Was playing fuzzy at the time and he lost 2 games when we both went to 'not responding' but he got logged off and my connection came back.

If i was getting annoyed about it tho like a lot of people are i just wouldn't play any games until it was sorted, either deal with it or stop playing, simple as that. I just find it quite funny how the people that keep crying about it are still logging in and playing games.

Everyone is aware of the problem, so if people do get logged out and lose rank then thats there own fault for playing ranked games knowing what could happen.

been logged out twice in last half hour
does need sorting, was in members bar and alls that was coming up is people not responding then responding again

obviously you havent been affecked lucky you then losing a game to your opponent is 1 thing but losing because the "server is down" aint the same thing and any1 with a bit common sense would see it

But it has been reiterated many times that the server is not down!

in a game the servers goes all you see is so-and-so not responding then friends log out log in log out

pmsl @ that, i just come on here to waste a bit of time.....I don't take it seriously like yourself and many others....so getting logged out and losing rank on an online snooker game means nothing to me, get yourself out in the real world bud, theres more to life than this!

EDIT Like buddytobud says its been reiterated many of times that there are problems with the server, so either deal with it or go and find something else to do until it's fixed, it's that simple.

Ah not really fair now is it. Why is it so bad to enjoy a game online? Why does it matter if you lose a football match in the outside world then? It's just a game...
I disagree with you there. A lot of people enjoy this game and because they enjoy it they take pride in their achievements.
I don't think the server issue is a HUGE problem, unless it starts happening more often now. Just don't tell people they have no life just because they enjoy an online game.

But if people are that bothered about there ranking why risk playing ranked games knowing they could be logged out, isn't that just plain stupid if you care about it?

Oh and it's not bad at all to enjoy a game of snooker online. I enjoy it myself when i come on here, but if i got logged out and lost ranking then so be it, it's not the end of the world is it.

Also how can you compare this to a real life football match? Players aren't paid millions for nothing. If people were playing on here for money then that would be a completely different story, obviously.

90% of people on here play for both pleasure but more than likely then play to achieve goals

I was thinking more of a sunday league thing where we would be playing. But it really applies to anything that we do for entertainment. Why does it matter if our favourite club loses? It doesn't affect us financially (since money seems to be a priority here).
For me, anything that I enjoy doing I try to do well in, which means I care about it.

If you don't want get wet and you haven't got to go out then you wouldn't would you? But if you needed to go then i guess you wouldn't have a choice?

You have a choice to play ranked games or not, so theres a bit of a difference.
