Dawn French was one half of an 80's / 90's comdey duo. The other's name escapes me at present.

Present information I have in my possession tells me it was Jennifer Saunders , although I also believe it was a comedy duo , not a comdey duo as Baff has indicated in his prior statement.

statement does suggest that Dawn French was married to Lennie Henry but unfortunately they separated after 25 years of marriage, as for Jennifer Saunders, i have no idea who she is married to and i cant be bothered to look up the Spouse.

Spouse means wife , husband or partner I believe and in the case illustrated above Jennifer Saunders is married to Ade Edmondson formerly of The Young Ones , The Comic Strip and Bottom .
