Summertime will end on Saturday 29th October, however the days are already shorter than the night as September 23rd was the autumnal equinox.

Equinox was a programme on Channel 4 if memory serves, channel 4 have some good shows on there and interesting ones such as Embarrassing Bodies, Gok Wans show which of course I have never seen whatsoever Wednesdays 9pm, Gordan Ramsays Kitchen Nightmare shows.. and dont forget Countdown BUT, they no longer show 2 amazing shows, such as Mission Impossible and the Legendary 15 to 1
