Times are hard! The level of English isn't what it used to be, as incomprehension of basic terms seems more prevalent.

Prevalent winds are something that sailors have to take into account prior to setting off on a voyage and likewise keep an eye on regularly.

Regularly you should go to the toilet, if you don't go regularly, then you have a really strong bladder or you don't drink much, and if you don't drink much then you could also have problems, like dehydration.
