Right. This seems to be the perfect opportunity for a soliloquy.

Now it seems I have the chance to enlighten you on the meaning of a soliloquy:
An utterance or discourse by a person who is talking to himself or herself or is disregardful of or oblivious to any hearers present (often used as a device in drama to disclose a character's innermost thoughts).

e.g. Hamlet's soliloquy begins with "To be or not to be."

It often is the case that people try and end the sentence with a tricky word to start a new one with.
