Well i watched a shocking raw last night as i already looked at the spoilers last week made it even worse as i already knew what was going to happen .. i think at MITB .... whoever wins the mitb ladder match will cash it in WHEN punk beats cena leaving cena to keep his job as punk doesnt walk away with the title ... but hey who knows

Checked the spoilers for the next two weeks a tna and
< remember to use the spoiler feature>

its actually getting quite good with now two sides becoming relatively clear .. anderson joining immortal along with steiner .. the problem with tna is it always seems to have factions .. they seem to be the focal point of the wrestling whereas wwe can have individuals tna just doesnt seem to have it anymore apart from the obvious sting and angle but how its gone from steiner being on stings side alongside angle a few months back that kind of quickly deteriorated and why bring angle in to save sting on tonights episide ... hmmmm enjoy all

It was great geting to see RAW after a week of waiting, and what a cracking show. They really have stepped things up a gear at long last. Riley/Miz was excellent, and good to see a decent promo for Silent Rage. We even got a Ryder appearance!!!

Of course they always load the 4th July show, and the promo's would have been helped by having a chance to edit them, but it was gerat to see Cena back to his edgy self, the way he was back when he broke from the pack.

Judging by Cornette's postings earlier in the week, either WWE and Punk are on a very secret contract or he really is taking a break. It's kinda a shame the outcome was set up so plainly last night, but still, easily the best WWE angle since the Nexus.

I'm avoiding TNA spoilers as much as possible due to the potential of a recurrance of TNA's golden era in the X Division. It's been way too long since the X Division title was the main event, lets hope we see that return soon.

Hmmmm i have seen them all mate and although it looks good and u might be impressed i think ultimately its not going to bode well for tna and they will never be able to claim the wrestling crown from a POOR wwe

i know all the TNA spoilers, i watch WWE but TNA is better if you like the old wwf days.. just getting bored of Hogan and bischoff, this immortal thing is silly

Steiner came back to take them down, but hes joined them now ? that is just not right lol.

The need to have a faction with Angle or someone leading it, because fortune seem to have fallen to different roads, immortal seem to be getting everyone now

anyone with new on Jeff Hardy ?

Exactly! Thats a perfect example of how awful so much of the "attitude era" was when you look back on it. Lines like that would be embarrasing for a 10 year old to say in a playground let along an alleged "tough guy".

Compare that rubbish to the current main storyline and we see how much WWE has grown up, its a natural cycle as i've mentioned before but always fun.

Anyway, great NXT last night. Yoshi/Kidd was amazing again, and would have been just fine as an X-match in TNA.

However, Bateman stole the show, and I question why they took him back to NXT instead of just fast-tracking him to RAW with Danielson a-la Riley.

Ziggler wrestled under his own name (Nick Nemeth, in case anyone has been asleep since 2000!) long before he joined the spirit squad.

I see Ryder defended his title at last weekends house shows, so maybe we'll see him debut that on TV before long too. I still think last weeks dig at Otunga was sheer perfection

as far as i know he was awaiting a courtcase hearing but i really dont know much about that in truth ... as for the attitude era as annoying and as tedious as some things were it did bring the fun into wrestling and makes the sport what it is today ... gives us the *cena* really ... the american bad *** era where taker pretty much ruled "his yard" for a few years i thought was a fantastic character for him to have .. what does everyone think on stings new "joker/crow" style look ?

^^ Just watch the last PPV. Its Stings "normal reaction" to things like that. Everything at the top of TNA just now is basically a re-run of the WCW we all had to sit through in the late 90's in order to enjoy the cruiserweights. Ironic isn't it!

Jeff Hardy's last court appearance was on 27th June, where his case was again pushed back, no date yet for the next appearance. TNA have stated they are demanding he enter rehab before allowing him to return. This is probably a result of his infamous "Taser" appearance with Matt recently..

Seemingly lots of pressure on John Laurinaitis just now - he is failing to keep even midcard wrestlers under contract let alone major players like Punk and Jericho. Hopefully they will soon realise he just isn;t up to JR's former job and let someone more capable (like Heyman, who is back under contract along with Lesnar) take his place.

Thanks Spinner.. I dont mind TNA being like the old WCW days, however i still believe they need a faction to feud with immortal

Maybe.. Angle, Sting, Aj or people like that..

I also believe Christopher Daniels is going to do a heel turn at Destination X

the chirs daniels heel turn is the most obvious thing ever .. everytime he comes back he does a heel turn he isnt even as popular as he once was and putting him in the match with aj is a way to try and make him huge again but it will never happen because his character doesnt allow it ... as for the wee you are right they will never fall by the wayside but for too long now they have had to rely on the old guard "taker, michaels, triple h, jericho, kane, show, edge" to basically make the shows big and the young guns just really are not warming to the task of taking the mantle at all i mean it comes to something when adr is getting title shots and winning rumbles not too long into his career really some people had to wait ages for that honour

Er, you do know who Alberto Del Rio is don't you? He's Dos Caras Jnr, a ten year veteran and former multi time CMLL champion who was the face of the company for years. If Sting came in to WWE would you expect him to start at the bottom?

I find it frustrating that they tend to use so many older talents when the younger ones re much more entertaining, but thats just normal. Remember what it was like to watch "Stunning" Steve Austin in the early 90's? And the dissapointment when he came in as the "Ringmaster"?

Like his eventual shift at KOTR, it can just take one moment, one slight character change, to make the next superstar "click", but that doesn't just have to happen with the fans, as there is so much more to it. Take Ryder just now - he is possibly the hottest wrestler on the card but while he has the fans and the following, what we can't see is how he handles the business side of things, and thats what the top guys have to be able to do. They pretty much work 24/7 and only 15-30 minutes of each day is in the ring.

Things are really interesting just now as the WWE has taken a few brave steps they can't go back from with the current angle - lets hope they back it up.

yes spinner i know adr is huge in other franchises but to bring him in as a heel and make him so big straight away was that really the right thing to do ? i personally do not think so .. giving him a feud or a run with somebody like a christian a long feud that is i personally think would make the fans respect him more have him push christian all the way and stuff like that... yes i remember what it was like in early 90s i remember it was basically run by bret the hitman hart for a few years .. and ric flair before he defected to wcw alongside hogan and the likes ... ryder is massive he is huge with the fans but the problem is he hasnt got sellable products YET .. like the whole cena thing ok we hate him cos he is pg all over but he sells for vince ryder will hopefully be like that soon i still think beside the austin-rock era the dx era is teh best ever era in wrestling i mean we can say that austin opitimised attitude but it was thanks to michaels and dx that attitude really started

well i dont think it was what he has done in wee i believe it is his tag team with curt hawkins that really made him big long before he was a wee superstar tbh
