Mmm, I completely agree that there aren't nearly as many great arc players around today. I think there are MORE great orig players around today and the standard on reg is about the same.

now i wouldnt count on kai missin on arcade much so that puts him down the ranks there.

i reckon the overall ability is higher now people like to play all tables, but back in the past there was outstanding players on specific tables

Ryan's stats also show every game of original he has played, so if he played now he would average a lot more than 1 cent every 35 games.

In answer to the question, You can't properly compare when era with another. Can you compare Senna with someone like Vettel, no because they raced at different times. Likewise same for a comparison like Alex Higgins and Ronnie.

One thing for certain, definitely more and bigger breaks are being made nowadays.

Its not so much that he misses. Its centuries per game. In general there is more chances of a century being made in regular and original with the 15 reds.

also the popularity of snooker has increased meaning more players and more chances of finding the players who get hooked and become great

youngjeezy was certainly one of the best players when he was playing. However, compared to many of the top players today, he didn't cent too often.

heres another thing.

if you look at my current account,

before i reset my cents would of been higher compared to my games ratio.

BUT

because now i always go for the maximum and not the cent i miss countless amounts of centuries.

i will risk playing the black or trying to get on it because all i care about is a maximum break, a normal cent bores me.

but this is making my stats look poor!!!
