In this case he did it for 85 seconds 3 times in one game.... that would be one hell of a coincidence! let alone how many times it happened to his other opponents....
It just needs some common sense applied.
Actually, this has happened to me a few week back. For me when my connection goes down and it's down to my router, it usually boots back up and working within 90 seconds. It can easily be coincidence, as I do actually have this problem from time to time!

Do you tell people beforehand that you have to go? I think that's the main issue.
