I personally think they should change the yellow ball into a purple ball, and then make it first to 1 point wins. That way everyone can have so much more fun.

im glad this thread got brought up actually since i have an idea.

On Carom my goal has always been to achieve 50% by 500 turns but requires ALOT of resetting (or a friendly account which is now not allowed) which i don't want to do, how about next big thing for each 500 turns have a percentage and store the highest. e.g.

Carom:

Turn Successes = 27,000/54,000 50% (currently in place now)
Turn % after last 500 turns = 125/500 25%
Best % after 500 turns = 250/500 50%

i know a lot of people won't like it but thats due to being a non caromer so want to know caromers thoughts

also i think practice competition should be scrapped, as its an incentive not to play games (as fuzpiria mentioned), im the same don't think ive played a normal carom game (this excludes tournament and event games) since it got released.
