Some people get a lot of stick off an account and want to start afresh. Pointless? No.

If naming and shaming were to be allowed, then it would only be allowed when someone had broken a rule otherwise it is just defamation. Therefore, naming and shaming would have boundaries that would have to be enforced by site Admin and Moderators. In order for staff to know that the naming and shaming was valid, evidence would have to be submitted demonstrating the guilt of the player who you wish to name and shame, as the standard legal ruling of "innocent until proven guilty" applies. The only way that evidence of rule breaking can be shown is via "send complaint" for typed offences or by bringing a matter to the attention of Admin via "contact us" or by alerting a moderator in game. Admin would then have to consider the matter, decide if the player was guilty and then inform others that their complaint was correct and the player was indeed guilty before naming and shaming would be allowed. This, however, goes against the rules about privacy already in place on the game which ensure that staff cannot discuss details about one player with another, and so allowing naming and shaming is impossible on the site.

what I meant to say was if you are able to name and shame - that account holder could just deactivate - therefore name is no longer in play and open with another account that hasnt been named and shamed

All i see about the forums is people moaning that people "tap tap" all the time. Well is it against the rules? No.

You do what you need to do to win, so if someone snookers you because they need to do it to win are you going to moan to? Pointless question as 95% of people do.

Best part is, these people who moan about tapping and stuff do it themselfs also.
