What version did you have?
If you have Flash Player v8 it shouldn't lag anyway (from personal experience) so you may not even need to delete it, just roll back.

Yes, v9 seems to be causing a lot of problems for some people.

listen m8, theres some things in life u cant get. if theres nothing workin for u i can make 1 suggestion. cancel animations.
