I read the link ang sent me last night, and im horrified beyond words. He must have been so frightened, as im 100% sure, Ian was never 1 to be in a confrontation with anyone. I agree totally with what you said jack.

I haven't logged on in quite some time but heard this news via Facebook. I only talked to Ian once, but I will always be sad to hear this about a fellow FS member. Wishing strength and closure to all his family and friends. So nice to see how supportive all snooks members are, even if in a time of such tragic need.

We all have our rivalries on here, and mk_lad was one of those players I didn't like to play, and didn't really like in general, but that was only due to him getting lucky a few times and winning me. However, in times like these, all of that goes out of the window. This is extremely sad news to hear and my deepest thoughts go out to his family and friends. It's unbelievable how low people can go by attacking a random person and killing them, extremely sad.

He got assaulted and sadly passed away.. no one knows what happened.. it was what 2AM in the morning.. Ian may of been drunk, may of said something and caused it to happen.. or he may not of.. however it doesnt give someone the right to kick someones head in to the point where they pass away..

Because he died in hospital, it wont be murder probably, may get raised to manslaughter.. but murder I very doubt as they assulted him, they may not of meant to kill him..

Although if you assault someone, you know there is a risk of hurting them severely and or better yet, kill them which is in this case..

Obviously they should be put away on at least Manslaughter charge of 18 years.. but in all honestly.. depending on how many witnesses there are.. i doubt it.
