only thing i would suggest is try a system restore see if it works other options maybe defrag PC or a complete windows reinstallation but you tend to lose a lot of documents that way but im not a computer whizz so haven't got many suggestions.

maybe the operating system then an update may have overwritten the java

If its done that then how can i resolve the problem mate?

Should be working, if i download an older version (under version 7) then it says i dont even have java so reinstalling java is out of the question, iv tried from version 6 update 20 to version 7 update 4, none of them work.

Have you checked your firewall/anti virus/anti malware etc aren't blocking the site?

Just asking as I know it done it with me when I downloaded AVG.

I was able to log on, i updated my AVG and since then i haven't been able to come on..

What did you do 100 times?

Not sure how I done it to be honest, think to do it you have to go into the properties of AVG and see the websites it blocks, or something like that. Or while you are playing disable AVG and have something else like malware bytes running to keep your comp safe.

Someone else may be better to give advice.

It's basically a new computer now, it should work, it's ridiculous tbh

on avg you can open up the firewall settings maybe try turning it off and then try open the game? or turn off windows firewall? duno if that makes any difference but worth a go i spose.

im working on trying to sort this spent a few hrs last night and gonna keep going today. Im having to give My computer the same problem then solve it from There.
