Ok so why not have the first few rounds as no bonus for breaks and when we reach last 32 or 16 finals bring in the bonus for breaks at that stage most the players should be able to make a half or cent.

So I take it this is open to join, se please sign me up next time round??

Everyone is automatically signed up if they're in a clan at the beginning of the season.

If you're keeping this tournament, here are a couple of my suggestions:

1. Decrease the frames. 9 frames is a looooong time and several players didn't participate because of this. Make it 2 of each game type. If there's a tie at the end, the same rules apply as currently- the player who won the last frame gets to pick the game type for the sudden death frame. Should happen often and is very exciting!

2. As davey suggested above, remove the bonuses until you get to Quarterfinals or round of 16. Even if good players have an absolute crap day, they'll still probably beat average/below average players because they can sneak a few halfs in.

agree with decreasing frames, bonus could be from the quarter finals for a dramatic finish.

Exactly the same reason for me is the 3 frame for each type rule

I would join 100% if it gets dropped to 2 frames, I think 3 frames especially for some players is quite boring.

Ill join next season if it is 2 frames

Is next season gonna be the same where we play each other twice and have 2 fixture sets each time. personally loved having 2 fixtures each time as it was more exciting. 1 fixture is abit boring.

Yeah, more fixtures worked out pretty well and defaults were kept at a fairly low level.
It may still depend on how many clans sign up, because if we get 7 or 8 clans, we can't be playing 14 fixture in a season- that would run for way too long.
We'll base it on the number of clans that get through preseason friendlies, but will try to make it similar to what we just did.

There is a short break now. We have to finish off the last few defaults and then will give it a few days break before we start signups again. We'll post when the time comes.

But any rule changes or additions should be discussed now between seasons!

Is there any other way to defaults. Like if the game don't get played then the score just stays as it is so if it don't get started then its 0-0 or if its started but stopped at say 3-1 then it just stays at that score. Obviously u still lose 7 point bonus. Just gets rid of defaults.

I know some people put more effort into to play then others but it really isn't that hard to get a game played or ask for a sub.

That's the thing though- many people ask for a sub and make effort. They deserve more than 0 points. You're also speaking from a position of strength, because you have the most active clan members lol. Nobody else has it that easy to get games played.

That's why it's important that the defaults team takes off points in case people make no effort or too little effort. People shouldn't be rewarded when they don't do enough to get the game done.
I think there's a decent punishment system in pace for players and teams in defaults.
-You lose out on 7 bonus points.
-You lose out on frame points if you didn't make enough effort.
-As a player, you get an entry on the defaulter's list, which can eventually lead to suspensions.

But you're right in the sense that people in games where both sides don't make enough effort have to be consistently deducted points to make it fair.

Just gonna put an idea out there.

If any of you follow football will help.lol. In English football there is a shield played just before season starts against winner of the league and winners of the cup.
So wot if we did the same winner of clan league vs cup winners could be any format but I think the format should be wot would happen if the league was a tie. Each side picks 5 players 1 for each type and they play best of 3 in there type.

To answer a question saying wot happens if the same team wins both league and cup then just use the plate winners instead.

Champions cup or sheild ,funky shield, don't know wot it would be called can't think of any just them 2.lol
