played name removed,why do people cheat,no attempt to play the colour when on one, just pots another red to stop me playing, this happens to often on here,its really anoying when you play fair yourself,theres no need for it,its ruining this site

so this site endorses unfair ,and bad sporting behaviour,condoning what is basically a flaw in the game but everyone knows its wrong

There is players out there that can be unsporting, however as there is no direct solution to these sort of things, i suggest you just note the player down and don't play them again..

There isn't much you can do about unsporting behaviour. People saying 'gg wp' really early in the frame winds me up but there's just no other solution other than ignore it. Pretty annoying, I know, but that's the way it is unfortunately

Wait so this player was on a colour and hit a red instead, gifting you with four points and shifting it to your turn and you're annoyed at that? Is there something I'm missing here? Either you're safely on a red that you start your break on or you're not. If its the latter, you pass it back..

only time it wouldn't make me happy is for example i am 33 behind with 35 left and they pot red on purpose that would make it 29 behind with 27 left, rarely happens like.

but long as that scenario doesn't happen its in your favour

iamtheworst,no offence mate,but the idea of playing a tactical snooker,is so you can gain an advantage,a very important part of the game,for your opponent to not even try to hit it is blatantly wrong,that was why the miss rule was introduced,to stop players doing this,as for gifting me four points,i,dont think thats really the point,i can put him back in yes,he just does the same thing,making tactical shots pointless,i know im over reacting,but its so annoying,people saying,gg when only 2 reds have been potted does;nt bother me as you can just ignore them ,but this type of play is different,why cant a rule be bought in,ie,you have 3 attempts to hit the correct ball or the frame is forfeited,this would stop this style of play,wouldnt reward unsporting behaviour,would bring tactics into play,and be more realistic as to snookers rules.

Because if the player is Genuine and is Genuinly trying to hit a ball from a snooker, how is it fair that they get forfeited?

You can clearly tell when someone fouls deliberate, It's not rocket science..

Is that a rule in real life what magic suggested, I'm sure it is in premier league snooker?

The player magical cue played yesetrday did this, he was snookered on a red but white was stuck on black so he potted black to snooker magical cue behind red so there was no shot on... i dont see nothing wrong with that i do it all the time no one shouts at me

haha....... this woudnt be allowed in "real snooker" but then this is just a game (a game I think is wkd-spend enough time here) the other part of it though.........the early gg wp, OMG how lucky are you rubbish.......can you imagine what would happen if someone tried that in a "real" game lol. best thing to do is stick anyone annoying on ignore, and as for the discrepancies in this game.........well theres not much ya can do about it and if you are getting beat early in the frame and you spout off, at least have the decency to apoogise at the end (which a certain person in the game before this who happened to beat me......-did)

Who is it for you to say what a 'tactical shot' is? For all I know considering I didn't see the game, the shot he played may have caused him to win the game. Is that not good tactics? If its someone you don't enjoy playing, finish the game as soon as possible and move on.
