The WCA has decided to look into a possible case of 'doping' against adam_147. Allegations surfaced shortly after his recent 2nd round match in the Carom World Championships and the 3rd seed stands accused taking performance enhancing drugs during a short break in the match. Adam was 7-5 up in what was a close game with unseeded player whocares8x8 before a short 'toilet' break was taken. Adam then returned to win 6 of the next 7 to progress through to the quarter-finals.
No action has been taken by the WCA as yet as they await the results of a urine sample taken after the match. It is believed that mich is to lead the investigation

I thought I played well but you only get 1-2 chances a game max, even then you can put in a good effort and be easily pegged back. Too good for me. That 14-12 was epic though can't believe i took every chance to get ahead in that including 2 runs of 4 only for you to peg them back and finally beat me

As you all know every player gets a urine test, before and after each round in this competition. I am very saddened to announce that whocares8x8 failed his pre game urine test and adam_147 has failed his post game urine test. These results indicate whocares8x8 had taken illegal substances prior to this fixture, and Adam had taken his during, more than likely in his "toilet break".
Due to this BOTH players will now be disqualified and the quarter final game which either player would have been involved in will give the other person a direct Bye to the semi final.
All decisions are final please do not try and contest this.
