MICHAEL JACKSON

The world has lost such a great man
Its Michael Jackson and i was a fan
His best selling album ever was Thriller
News of his passing was a spine chiller

A great peformer from such a young age
With any size audience he could engage
Heal the world make it a better place
Man in the mirror loved all human race

His music it touched so many a life
Been through lots of trouble and strife
A man with such talent and he stood tall
The man was a legend and loved by all

Your great memory will always live on
From the very day that you were gone
Im sure your fans will do all they can
So rest in peace dear Moonwalkin Man

R.I.P Michael :(

When I saw this my Jaw
Very nearly hit the floor
A nasty shock was in store
As Real Poems was on Page Four !

There must be some poets on snooks
So come Guys and Gals give it a spin
Even if rhymes are just flukes
There's no prizes but my admiration you will win

So try and write a Poem today
If only to make the G_Man go YAY !
Not too serious only a bit of fun
But let's try and keep this thread on page one

impressive grae!

poetry was always my least favourite subject in school though! all that hidden meaning behind every phrase! to me poets wrote what they meant to be read not something else!

The Kop

Here's a poem for a guy who's top of the shop
At the moment he's always out on the town
You may call him 2good, Mikee, the Kop
And it's very rare he wears a frown

To his friends are you coming out tonight ?
He's always says on the mobile phone
In the morning he looks a terrible sight
And his mate on his head wears a cone !

Edit cos my 's turned into ?s

Here's Mooney's one

Bak2Biscuits

He asked me to write him a poem
I'm getting quite a few requests
As mooney some people know 'im
And I hear he wears string vests

He said there would be just one problem
What would I get to rhyme with Biscuits?
The words slightly I just have to knobble 'em
And for my friend I'll just have to risk it

Its 9am in the morning
& The rain on my window is pouring
Most members are sound asleep snoring
So Funkysnooker is dull, bland & boring

I stumble accross this thread
& Read what y'all have said
As i scroll the 7th page
I see middle-aged grae taking peoples breath away

So i stop and take some time out
Bcoz i feel the urge to bust a rhyme out
I rhyme & spit with ease
There aint no better p-leasee
I've been doing this since nursery
Infact its my anniversary
Please dont take this persoanlly
No need to dis and curse at me
Its not all you verses me

Just watch me as i take it higher
I try to ignite & inspire
With my lryics hot like fire
My lryics you desire
like frodo loves his shire

Now we're drawing to a close
so drop the beat and take it slow
There really is no better
This is how i make my chedder

But if someone wants to step-up
i'll take the challange like a man
but dont stutter, slow or get stuck
Im lryic C_P With the master plan.

LOL

the poems thread has come to life,
but like all threads,
it will cause huge strife,
and end up dead,
despite grae and derry rhyming,
with impeccable timing.
As i sit at home,
creating this poem,
i think about life
and know i'd be a fool,
to play on pool.

I wrote my first poem today,
I sit and hope it was okay,
will it get the approval of grae,
or will a mod remove it and say 'no way',
i'll be mad, charged with affray,
but i'll rise to fight another day.

Am I out of my depth?
Is that why i feel inept?
And struggle to catch my breath.
yet I conjure words to amaze or confuse,
all, even my muse.

You reel and spit,
it just hides your fear to commit,
you blow hot and cold,
waiting for the story to unfold.

you stare at the screen,
thinking I'm obscene.
Does your conscience echo?
dont talk nonsense, its just Deco
