This format gives a bigger original table than before, why would you want to change back to a smaller table?

Spinner, i have tried with the normal sized table and it's just too much for my eyes and just not good enough for it. I had a 75% win ratio before i started using zoom now i stand at 89.6 (big difference!).

I would pay a reasonable amount to get zoom back.

I give up...arcade players are ok as can see balls due to them being bigger. To achieve big breaks on original is impossible on a 15" monitor (which is plenty big enough for a normal household) without using zoom for the occasional tough shot. On small balls you cant get the angle right like you can on arcade. I am just saying the same as a lot of original players are.Like i said before-look at original tournie entries now compared to before update-people are not interested because is no longer about spin and skill-is more luck now than anything. Only good thing is arcade is easier, but would have thought more original players would be more beneficial. I also am stopping original games because is pointless and frustrating.I also know a few other players are stopping which is why i am speaking up now.

It's not about the table for me spinner, it's the size of the balls, they are 2 small.

Lindsell i don't think we will be getting zoom back because nick says hiding adverts is classed as fraud (witch we do, using zoom). So the best we can hope for is paying to get zoom back.

Please lads - look at that screenshot - normal 15" monitor, and the table is as big as it can be!

I'm not being awkward, i just cant see how you can zoom in any further and still be able to play the game.

I zoomed in at 125% witch was perfect for me.

Well to be honest I think this has ruined the original game. Adverts are still on screen whether you zoom or not-I am no longer in this debate as cant be bothered. Will just quit original like many others have done. Shame it has happened now as i used to love this game and played it a lot. At least now i can spend more time with my hubby to be i guess.

_cambo_07, can you use proper English on the Forums please. I don't even know what you said.. I understand the first line though.

Could you explain why you think players would leave when they feel they can't play one of the three games as well as they used to? If they can't play Original, theres still Arcade and Killer.

Nick a lot of players feel the same, sorry mate, put it back before they all go. Even a compramise, where we have a choice; old set up or new. Then you can decide whether it is good or bad mate.

How hard was that

Just a suggestion yeah, couldn't you just learn to play with the balls a little smaller? You already know the angles and everything so all you need to do is find the right place to hit the ball.. being so good with zoom should mean that you know the general place to hit the balls?

And as Spinner said - unless you have a widescreen monitor, the table should take up the entire space available.

Ok, there must be some mixup here and i'm determined to get to the bottom of it!

You say, ste_efc, that you used to zoom to 125% and it was fine. However, since the recent updates, the original table is now the full widht of the window at full screen. Put simply, it can be no bigger without losing a piece of the table.

Is that how you used to play with zoom? Only looking at a small portion of the table at a time?

If you were doing that then you would also have been eliminating the advert from view at times and by doing so breaking the sites terms of service and risking a ban.

We have a problem i think...

Now the scroll bars have gone the good players are complaining because it is now harder for them.

But now it seems we have a level playing field so its hard to judge this one. I think i am a good player and maybe just have to get used to it.

Recently alot of players had started to use the zoom and alot of high breaks were happening and spoiling it a little bacause it seemed the game became easier. Original was easier before, no doubt and i think maybe thats why nick has changed it

That it spot on spinner. I can imagine alot of players misusing the zoom
