Wow, Rob Styles gave the worse refereeing performance I have ever seen last night (And I've seen Mike Riley on many occasions!)

That penalty he gave (+ red card) was an utterly terrible decision, it was a world class tackle and there is no denying that, but because Beye doesn't play for someone like Chelsea or Man Utd, what are the chances of it being rescinded? (John Terry rugby tackle, rescinded for what reason?)

He carried on through the night the way he left off, and was rightfuly abused whenever he made a decision and when he left/entered the pitch. Disgraceful.

On the team, fantastic, best performance for a while.

As Kinear said it was a very hard decision to make, he got the slightest touch on the ball, so yes it was a great tackle, but only just. Then after he gives the pen then it's automatically a red for last man. He will get it recinded i reckon and styles will go to league 2, i just think it's 2 games too late though.

As for the match, i thought it was dire, both teams, but Newcastle had an excuse, glad Ireland scored, more points for my fantasy league
