Chelsea are trying there best to sign Luca Modric from Tottenham but it isn't happening at the moment.

They've had bids of 27 and 33 million rejected and are prepared to improve there offer so they must have money to spend anyway.

I wonder where Joey Barton will be off, 6 premiership clubs are intrested now so far.
