Hmm, suddenly not so keen on the new updates Nick

What was the cause of that downtime that just happened? Also, every third time or so I click to view a different page on the site it always comes up with 'safari could not open this page' then always have to refresh...gets annoying

Edit: When i pressed 'post' it did that 'safari cant open this page' thing again =/

Its been down 3 times in 1-2 hours, im sure its just a little error, Nick will fix it

Sorry for downtime - each time I started the server it was taking all CPU usage. I've reverted the change that seems to cause the problem, and I'll still keep an eye on it.

alright i'm over 900 ranked, and that means i lose 1 point a day because of daily reduction.
i get this reduction at 12am.
but today the reduction has happened sometime during the day.

is this anything to do with the updates???

It's one point it hardly matters

i'm not worried about the loss.

More often that not when a page is loading its comes up with 'Safari cant open this page'. What is the cause of this Nick? Is it due to the new updates because my wireless connection is fine. Would appreciate feedback, thanks

Hot stuff! I've been having lag issues for a couple of months now. This seems to have been fixed! Coincidence or not..... i like it

Like the look of the updates Nick and I'm sure I'll get used to the sound changes in time

However, because of the lack of tournament prompt as yet, I had a look at the tournaments page and it is looking decidedly odd. There are a suspicious number of Not Found results and the times are not what you would expect from the Tournament titles.

anybody wanting tournaments in the early mornings has got them now and im sure the site will have to go down again to fix that

No, he's onto something here. If you look the times are 6 hours behind. It says for me that the carom tourny is at 11am, which it wasn't before.

Seems the same for results, announcements etc.

I've got to agree that your old rank will never be beaten but that's more to do with the new ranking system than the score you achieved.
I reckon 975 on the new system is similar to 995 on the old.

sorry but lol if these tournaments are the new times .

regular tournament at 6am - cant see that being busy.
(just a few drunks like rum in members bar)
