Harry Redknapp is a great manager when it comes to turning clubs around and I'm not sure if that is what England need right now.

I think that the FA should assess the situation after Euro 2012 if we have failed yet again at a big tournament bring in Redknapp. If we have got to the quarters and above maybe look at someone who can further England's cause rather than remodel the team to work differently and Redknapp would do if he was brought in.

Its not about remodeling the team or changing the whole system.

English are rubbish because they play rubbish.

Its an individual match and there is a huge lack of communication with the players.

Young and Rooney can link up, both 'young', pacey, attacking and score goals.

You have a player like Lampard, who feeds the ball and the feeds off it.

You have Walcott/Lennon built with pace to attack.

Which is all good and creates a good chemistry.

But then you get Barry, doesnt really attack, doesnt really stick to a position, doesnt no how to link play up. Slows everything down. Grinds England to a halt. You get player a Milner, doesnt have a position. He plays CDM, RM, LM, LF, RF... its silly.

My point - if you have crap players in a good team, its easier to spot the crap players.

Crap players went into barca... Bushquets, Pedro... do they look crap?

Barry, Milner out the team.

------------------Hart--------------

Smalling, Terry, Cahill, Cole

---------------Wilshere-----------

---Walcott --Lampard --Young

----------------------Rooney-------
---------Welbeck----------------

I dont think it can all be blamed on barry and milner.

Yeah Gerrard and Lampard are better than both but they cant play together so who do you take out?

Redknapp is a manager I would put forward for England any day of the week!

I would still put shawcross in the England team even for a trial run...

What's funny is a year or 2 when he's playing for one of the 'big' clubs he will get into the squad but right now it's like he's not good enough it's a joke!

Also Lampard is getting old he used to be a special player but yes your stats showed he is able to produce but he's not the player he used to be

There are better players out there that could replace him in the squad and personally no I don't think he would be to missed if he was not picked.

Reminds me of when Darren Bent played for Sunderland, rarely picked for the England team, moved to Aston Villa and he's suddenly become a regular in the England team? Fabio Capello said that moving to Villa was the best career choice he ever made, why? They were below Sunderland in the table at the time and Sunderland were having a great season. If he's that good, no matter where he is he should be getting picked (and I personally thought he was better at Sunderland).

The man doesn't have a clue.

The problem is we don't really have a style of football. Up until the goal on Tuesday we didn't look like doing anything, and to be honest didn't look like doing much thereafter.
Doesn't take a genuis to look at the style of football our players play for their clubs. This is how England should play.

We have the players to do well, just need a manager to fit them together effectively.

Hart (number 1 for the next decade imo - just aswell as we don't really have a number 2)

Defence is pretty sound.

Need a holding player. Scotty Parker is our best by far. Proper steely lad

Someone making runs from deep. Gonna put Wilshere here as it's only way I can get him in. Deep lying playmaker kind of role

Young and Walcott on the flanks. At Utd Young is flourishing and really becoming a player. Walcott for the pace but still the odd question over his final product.

Play Rooney in behind someone as long as he continues to come so so deep. Give Wellbeck a chance?

Hart

Smalling JT Cahill Cole/Baines

Parker Wilshere

Walcott Rooney Young

Wellbeck

You listening Fabio?

Bit of a contradiction really with the 'to be a good manager you have to win things' that is rubbish, and a contradiction.

Steve McClaren, remember him? The Carling Cup winner and Dutch League winner? Trophys

Alan Curbishley is a terrible manager then as he hasnt won a thing. Would you say Kevin Keegan is also a terrible Manager, he only won Community Shield and Division 1 an 2.

Souness was a fantastic Manager.

And sorry for for Redknapp to win the FA Cup with a team like Pompey, and to take Spurs bottom of the League to 4th, thats a terrible manager? Get a grip lol

Wood, I want you to get over this phase of telling people to get a grip, or belittling opinions of those who don't agree with you. Your not a child, stop acting like one. Seems everyone else is capable of debating without resorting to such petty things.

England should look abroad again for a manager, and should keep doing so until an English manager is good enough for the job.

Redknapp is not in the top 10 managers in football, so he shouldn't even be on the shortlist, though he will be, just cos he is English.

Roy Hodgson will also be on it, and prior to his time with Liverpool would have been favourite to get the job. Not any more though.

Pep Guardiola would be my number one candidate for the England job. Why? Because he will be the best free agent about.

Derry I found it funny where you said Capello was a fruad but then defended Redknapp

Personally think the FA might give it to Stuart Pearce to be honest.

2good, pah-lease, dont try to take the 'moral high ground' when all you do is belittle opinions yourself and try to come across as the most knowledgeable and thirdly, belittle everything thats not Liverpool.Bitter. shhh.

Nice to see everyone submitting England teams without Downing and a player further forward than Rooney.
Thats the key!

In other news, Notts County played Juventus as the Italians New Stadium and earned a 1-1 draw with Lee Hughes snatching a late goal for the Nottingham Club! New stadium looks class and what a cermoney haha go on Juve!!

Yeah I belittle everything that isn't Liverpool. That Barca team is crap, Liverpool would beat them easy. They are so small and insignificant.

Don't be daft, I'm sure you are better than that.

Give it a rest on Downing as well who has been Liverpools best player so far this season, (Bar Luis Suarez, but he is better than Messi) and Englands MOTM on Wednesday.

Colchester let in a 92nd minute goal to lose me £205 from the two bets.

Leicster draw and do me for £110 and a chance at £65 needing Derby at 5:20pm

Torquay draw and do me for £480.

Just bloody typical.

90th minute + is a conspiracy. How does it always happen?

I knew Toquay were a gamble, they were 9/4 to win. Mental price considering they were third in the league and Northampton were third from bottom.

I am a gredy person

Got to bet big to win big.

I like a bit of variation with the bets, I want to win the 000's..

I could do a 4 team acca for £200 a week, but then if one goes 2-0 down or something, then my fun for th week is over.

So when I have loas in the mix its quite hectic and it gives me a chance to moan ha!

Also probability says that I will win one of the bets, needed one to break even+ but... Last time I listen to him again!
