Lets not forget that Man Utd defended very well in the 2nd half and deserved the 1 point for that.

Why should Liverpool have won? They had way more chances yes, but they didn't make the most of them... They dominated the game, however Man Utd did very well not to allow Liverpool to score any more than the 1 that they did.

Was at the game today and a few things I picked up on...

Ferdinand, if that was a foul for our goal he should have been off for a second yellow, although been told there was minimum if any touch.

Skrtel played fantastic and was probably our best player.

Evra, where to start... could easily have been off if you ask me, looked from where I was like he hit/pushed dirk in front of the ref after pushing him in the box at the corner then having a go at Suarez.

Henderson, I haven't liked the look of this lad but really believe he changed the game when he come on, had a great time on the field today.

Did predict a 1-1 last week I believe with united grabbing a late equaliser, just got the scorers wrong I think.

Well we did batter them, shame they scored their only chance of the game, and we were gash in front of goal.

Fergie set up a very negative team, which suprised me a lot tbh. Worked well for him in the end like, but made the game dull until the goal.

Then we sat back and didn't start battering them again until they equalised. Not happy with that!

Skrtel was Ok Mich, but it was him who lost Hernandez for their goal.

Also Rio admitted to clipping Adam, suprised he stayed on the pitch once the ref gave the free kick.

A bit of nonsense going on after the whistle, and there is an investigation into an incident involving Suarez and Evra, who I think has claimed was racially abused by Luis.

Hope there is nothing in that, worth pointing ourt Evra has previous with claiming such things, and the other man involved being cleared.

I dont think you can blame anyone for Hernandezs' goal. He imo is probably the hardest striker to play against. He never keeps still, he has the Ruud Van Nistelrooy poaching ability, he can head better than Berbatov and finish better than Michael owen. So he cannot be marked. He is 20x the player of Welbeck and im disappointed Man Utd got the point, it wasnt deserved.

Sir Alex deserved to be embarrased for picking that team.

Nani, Rooney, Anderson, Hernandez are all at peak fitness. So I can only assume Sir Alex was scared of Liverpool. Terrified of them in fact.

But then when Herandez came on, I said he will score 'that' goal that United 'always' score in the last 10 minutes.

I believe that Sir Alex has broken rules of the FA, but nobody agrees with me, but how can Nani and Rooney not starting, Vidic who was deemed fit to play, their captain, Anderson who has been playing all not selected? Thats breaking the rules of playing a weaker team is it not?

But Liverpool were the better side and had some good chances. Enrique worked well with Downing although there were many mistakes between them. They need to gel more and it could be a great partnership. Reminds me of a weakened version of A.Cole and A.Robben. Suarez was good, Gerrard was good but where was Bellamy?

Fergie played that defensive team because he was scared of us. Simple as that really. He'd lost the last 3 at Anfield by losing the midfield battle.

He knew an attacking lineup would have been sliced apart like the past 3 seasons.

He got exactly what he came for, and of course a point is better for them than it is for us, because they will probably beat us at Old Toilet.

He showed us a lot of respect did Fergie yesterday, we won't do that when we got theirs, we will go for the win, and probably lose!

And derry is abolsutly correct, if you do that in a cup match your giving the oposition the advantage and people get fined Fergie lets Liverpool think they are actually as good as them by putting out a extremly poor team and everybody thinks that's ok

But it's funny everybody other than Liverpool fans know it's a joke where every Liverpool fan as you stated thinks he did it as he is scared lol....
