You are missing the point. The clan contributes nothing, it is the players alone that win the league. The clan does not make them better players.

yep but i ran both clans so for me personally its 4 wins for the clan its only 3, even if you take the hustlers win off we still have 3 titles and 3 runner up in 6 seasons.

True, that's like Newton Heath LYR Football Club (this is wikipedia lol) turning into Man Utd later on.
But players that transfer to other clans or retire don't cause D&C to cease existing- neither do new players. So the achievements of D&C remain.

victory for the player is golden cue and individual league, the actual clan league is won by clans thats why its a clan league.

The football analogy doesn't work!!! The club Manchester United exists as an entity and has an owner, and the stadium, staff, players etc belong to that entity. D&C, FSE, Hustlers etc etc don't exist as entities, all it is is a name to distinguish one team of players from another. There is no "owner" of D&C or FSE because they don't exist as actual things.

When Manchester United won the league last season, that was a victory for the club and the club made the victory possible by improving the team and making the team better. When FSE won the league last season, that is not a victory for FSE because there is no such thing as FSE, it is a victory for a collection of players who beat other players.

I will accept that a victory belongs to a clan name when I see some evidence that that clan has contributed to the victory and exists as a separate entity from the players.
