Hi All. M_Wood here....

So my problem is as follows.The website is not working for me. Its taken me a good 15 minutes of loading, reloading, refreshing JUST to get to this point here writing this here!

Now I just cant get on any page on the actual website. For instance forums, tourny pages, ranks, players anything like that I just cant get on it. This is the only website I have trouble with. Even the main Page doesnt load, and I can rarely click on PLAY to load the game up. Ive managed to click on PLAY half hour ago or whatever and the ingame itself works normally, its jst the website

Ive deleted history, cookies, still no joy

Any ideas! Thanks guys x... now, will this post or time out.... oh ALSO, sometimes it goes BLANK white page and says internet explorer cant display the page (happens alot).. and when I click on Diagnose it says theres a problem with the host :\ anyway thanks in advance

the server has been playing up past week (nick knows) but not noticed anything last 2 days as site has been fine.

i can't help much here but you tried turning your modem off and on as sometimes i have that problem when other site loads fine and when modem reboots itself after 60 seconds its back to normal.

i would talk to spinner or nick, explain to them whats happening as they know their stuff or point to this thread and they can give an answer.

It's fine for me, there has been a couple of times when the page wouldn't load but other than that i've had no problems.

uninstall and reinstall java..

unplug modem for 10seconds

Why would unistalling java help? No need to do that if your problems with the web page, he said in game is fine.

Best bet is to go with what Dgen said try the old modem trick.

Well tryed the modem trick and its not done a thing. Ive had to put this Page on Favourites as I just cant get on anything else :\ Really dont understand it

my only guess is if its not your connection and server been fine it might be something inbetween your ISP and the funky server in which case you could either ring your ISP for advice, change ISP or try and put up with it.

He shouldn't really have to ring up for a problem which is looking more and more like it's host related. Try (if it loads for you) posting this on pool, you'll probably get a much quicker admin response and much more knowledgeable members response.

good idea actually mike, admin tend to spend more time on pool except for Sam.

i put an older java on rather than the new upto date one

STILL having trouble.

But would this Java thing help on the website? Coz once i am able to click on play, the gameplay side i have no trouble whatsoever it runs as smooth as anything. Its the actual website i have problem with :S

What browser are you using? Have you tried with different browsers?

Im having trouble with it also, I have tried everything and every other site is fine loading!. It was ok last night, but now its back to the same lag

oh gosh, sum1 messaged me on facebook sayin they cudnt get on either.. must just be random ppl... plus earlier when i logged in every1 in members wasnt responding

Its something with the site every time i load a page it takes a bit longer than a normal site, Also when i pull back the cue and push it foward the ball will only move a tiny a bit.
I am using firefox but have tried it on IE and chrome but exactly the same, every other site is alright other than this one.

lag can be caused by one of these things...

server slow
adverts
computer stability problems
slow connection

probably others but thats the basics
