Whenever you practice something you will become better at it. Same thing here. And it's not square one... the jaws are just a bit less forgiving.

i agree with seb, i didnt like it at first, now im knocking in 50s and potting down the cushion, the more you play, the better you will get

seb your prob one off the best players on this game, for us poor souls that was average b4 the updates its not as easy.

the more realistic / harder a game becomes its less fun most of the time this is one of those games becoming in my opinion

I would consider myself in that category, so it is not just because Seb is one of the best players on the game.

ok last post for me on here cause i concede this is here to stay.
When i joined this game was easy and fun THEN when i was hooked then comes the friends part of it,If your a new player and you start playing this game im sure youll get fed up of not potting and go else where,so this may have an affect on them more than anyone.
Hopefully this does affect the advertisting side of it nick ie less players harder to get advertising,

lol either get used to it or go and find a better snooker site (which is probably impossible). It's an online game for christ sake, not the end of the world.

Theres thousands of new users registering everyday, so I'm sure the small minority of people who are finding it hard to live with the new updates and decide they want to leave would never go a miss.

It seems that all the debate is about the pockets changing. It seems to be overlooked but I did mention that I would update the cushions in response to feedback in other threads. (

Basically the pocket jaws and the underlying logic are much more consistent now, and this is certainly a good thing, and this will remain.

That doesn't mean it can't change though. I will look into opening the pockets to have the same size as before, albeit more regular.

Excellent updates btw Nick, there will always be someone moaning about every update so you can never win.
