Only one question mark will suffice. Otherwise outstanding grammar, I commend you.

Lol. Didn't even notice i'd put all those question marks in. Would have avoided it if i'd remembered because i knew you'd probably be frothing at the mouth to correct it lol. It's just what i always do.

Still annoying though

Didn't your teacher ever tell you that you shouldn't start a sentence with "because"?

I'd prefer the grammar and spelling fairy.

Got a better sound to it

virt_slayer, "I am afraid not" is a sentence fragment. Would you kindly retype it to the standard of the Almighty Grammar Nazi (AGN, for short); something which you claim to be.

What makes it a fragment? The sufficient conditions on a simple sentence are for a subject and a verb, both of which are present. It's a declarative sentence.

I do not approve of your calling me a Nazi. I do not support fascist ideas and therefore do not implement them within my own actions.

This colloquial term of 'Almighty Grammar Nazi' does not only misrepresent the ideals of the Nazi regime, but also promotes the Nazis as 'Almighty'. This is clearly not true as they did, in fact lose the Second World War.

Think about what you say.

Took me a few seconds to actually notice why you quoted this and then i noticed the I corrections. I don't think it's necessary to have perfect spelling and grammar on an online forum. If i wasn't trying so hard to please you lol and not get your magic wand out, my comment would look like this -

The first four lines are fine, apart from your use of 'lol' which not only means nothing to me but is also not used within a clause, however I cannot decipher the other four lines.

Certainly not young Mike. I am merely using all the vocabulary at my disposal as one should.

To be fair, 2 of my best mates at uni are doing degrees in English and Linguistics respectively, and as both happened to be on MSN at the time it was rather simple for me to ask them, then claim the answer as my own .

Some things I agree with you on Jack but..

When I got Mod I believe it was because of my Previous history being a Mod on Zone.com yahoo.com owning 2 IRC servers and admin on multiple forums I told them all this and I got accepted

But like you said early on I could guarantee you have more Mod experiance than more than half the staff on here but for some reason they seem to overlook certain people no matter what they write or what they have previously done it makes no difference.

And also again with the 7 Mods on a 200k forum that's all you need..But thats the difference with chat on a forum a mod can come on half hour later and it's all gone. Where here unless your on at the right time you can't do anything about it

But maybe nick should look into sorting something out people who do less than so many hours get them gone and get rid of the ones who are to scared to boot like you said so many mods just a handful of good ones

"young mike" lol. - funny. I'm sure there's allot of smart people on this site who have big vocabs but don't feel the need to use it on an online forum to feel big, special etc. I'm no dunce by any means but i don't start spitting big words that don't need to be typed when there are smaller more common ones that do the same job.
