There are only 23,708, so an increase in staff is definitely not needed, in fact, if anything, there should be less staff.

I'm a member of a forum with over 200,000 members, they have 7 moderators and 3 administrators, all of which are absolutely fantastic at keeping the forum free of "bad members".

My point is, the amount of moderators isn't the problem here, the problem is how capable & dedicated they are to moderating.

There are 22 members of staff on this site, so it's really quite ridiculous that this thread has even needed to be made.

Something needs to be done.
