1 mod 1 admin could sort out a lot of problems, but like lee said some mods cant be here day/night. I dont need helping out people seem to forget contact us is there and send complaint always and at any time, so always a way to sort out problems that pop up!

also when you say pop up i am thinking you mean PM yous, i try that but allot of mods having PM turned of in games, that shouldnt be aloud as yous are here for help

I think that is what jack_pot is refering to, the way when people ask a moderator for help they just get a link to "contact us" section.

NO moderators or admin should have pm's turned off, so i'd be very surprised if that is correct.
Funnily enough, i'll point you to 'contact us' if any of us do have them off. As you rightly say, we can't help you if they're turned off so may as well not be there!

magic im not going to lie over a game but theres a few times there have been arguments in the lobby, report one player and cant report the other for 2 minutes, so i click find mod and try telling them and it says this player does not accept private messages when competing

I clicked "find mod" because I was trapped in a game and wanted the room closed down but when I tried to speak to the mod i was not allowed as they did not accept PMs

see i dont mean to cause problems but as you can see there are problems, we arenst singleing people out and fine you guys are sticking up for yourselfs but somewhere along the line there are inactive mods/admins who dont take the rules serious and it is letting the rest of yous down
