David Silva was a joy to watch today against Scotland. Tore them a new one.

Said about 4/5 months ago that he is the best player in the premier league, just nobody quite knew it yet.

Sticking with that observation. Sublime footballer!

And yeah sorry SI only caught the start of your paragraph before and went on a rant before reading the rest

My first game was Liverpool V Sheffield UTD in the Worthington Cup. I seem to remember Carra taking and scoring a penalty in a game we went through in. Blades fans were good that night.

Reina > De Gea
Kelly > fabio or smalling
Carra = Ferdinand
Skrtel < Jones
Jose Enrique =/ > Evra not sure on this one
Kuyt<Young different kinds of players but i think young is a better player technically
Downing<Nani a close one but Nani is just amazing to watch at times
Gerrard > Carrick/ whoever
Lucas > Cleverly/ Anderson
Suarez = Rooney
Carroll<Hernandez at the moment anyway

Overall Liverpool has 4.5 >
Man United have 4 but a few iffy equals in there

Going to be close...

Have to be fair, thats crap...

This tickled me.

I know Enrique has done well, but I agree, he isnt better than Evra or a close equal.

I think Rooney, Nani, Young, Rio and Evra make it 5 for United and I've scored Liverpool as a 0.

Couldnt even give Gerrard the nod over Anderson due to just coming back.

Well at Uni my 2 mates hate Evra. He is actually a bit of a liability. Watch Suarez rip him to shreads like last year when he had him on his (_Y_) on more than one occasion.

I love Enrique. Think he will be regaurded as the best LB in the prem within 3 seasons.

Lucas who got the most tackles last season is already leading the way again this...

46- Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva has made most number of tackles in the premier league this season.

Croatia and Ireland to lose playoffs (unless they get drawn against Estonia).

I think the Irish could beat all of them teams at home easily, They will struggle away to bosnia and Turkey i would say.

Spain will just win in the summer, and probably win the world cup in 2014, I think U r gay are probably the best team in south america these days.

I think all of these playoffs (except Estonia) will be really close. The Czechs aren't very good, Turkey and Croatia aren't nearly as good as a few years ago. And Ireland... meh.

Spain are still good, but I doubt it will be a walkover. I've never been more confident in any German team than this one.
We can take Spain

The Draw for Euro 2012 will be very interesting and this is the current pots...

POT1: Ukraine.....Poland...Spain....Netherlands

POT2: Germany.....Italy....Russia....England

POT3: ....Greece.....Sweden.....Denmark

POT4: France......

Everyone will want to be drawn with Ukraine and Poland! Portugal will be in Pot 4 if they qualify, so they and France will be ones to avoid.... Looking good tho! =)

I wouldnt risk getting Spain personally.

If you were drawn Spain, Denmark and France then you could easily get knocked out.

I dont have any enthusiasm over England this time round. I've given up on them. Hate their work rate, hate their manager, hate their expectations hate their motivation hate their squad selections hate their team sheets hate their disciplin hate their attitude.

Would much rather Swedan or Denmark this time round. Thats who I'll be supporting. Teams deserving of success.

Will ovbiously supprt my Chelsea players from all countries. I noticed 7 Chelsea players scored for their country last week. Saw a statistic of Chelsea players for their country are the most successful out of all other premiership sides.

Considering Mata has only just got in the Spanish team, Frank hasnt been selected much, Torres doesnt feature I could hardly believe it.

If Capello becomes the manager of Siena or Chievo, a team of his ability and a proper England manager is selected then I may have a change of heart.

What about people who say United fans are glory hunters? I live in Dublin, so i get a plane over to manchester for the home games i can get tickets for, even get the boat and still come back home for my own football match the next day

And how often do you do that? Once per season?

I do have now 30 years a season ticket. Brought to the club by dad when i was at the age of four and since my 5th birtday i was 100% addicted. From 20-30th i lived down south (mainly for work), travelled 350 miles for a home game...no problems at all. If i have to choose between my wife and footballclub....i reallly would a tough choice.....Introducing my kids now to the club....if your kids dont like it....just push it a little bit more....

No.

Between 5-10 a season, after all its awful hard to get tickets and then the travelling costs and sometimes accomodation costs.. works out alot more for me to go to a match then it does most people, probably including yourself i would imagine?

He's not as good as the guy who we replaced him with, mr Davide Santon.

Lol. You can't deny Davide Santon is a better player than Enrique...

They're both class don't get me wrong, Enrique was amazing for Newcastle, but I'm glad that we've replaced him with Santon.
