Terry, disliked for no reason. Life long Chelsea veteran, the only one we have and was hated even before all his personal life was revealed. Before the Bridge scenario, Terry had only had his parents in the news, and he is hated!? Ha.

Lampard, really don't understand why he is disliked. If you are a true football supporter or watched 'A League Of Their Own' the program with Frank on it, you will see he is a legend. He is funny, good looking, a great dad, great role model and a superb if not the best midfield player to ever of played in the premier league.

So the reasoning to hate these players, just proves that Chelsea are a much disliked club. We had the money, we were reckless and careless but if it happened to any other club they would of been the same.


As for Luiz, taking the spot kick, even though he shouldnt of, he is a fantastic set piece taker. He has a very good record with set plays, whether he is taking them or running onto them. He is a superb player and I think he will be one of the top defenders within the next 2 years, providing we keep him and play him - in defence.

Also about AVB - record for Porto was a very and very defensively set up. He is a Mourinho like player, which is why I think he is trying to be different, pressure of immiation.

Well Terry and Cashley are hated, Terry for the Wayne Bridge incident, his druggy Dad (I think) his shop lifting mother, the way he wont leave his captains armband alone during games and his whiny cockney voice.

Cashley for what he did to Cheryl Cole! His "sexting" and leaving Arsenal for Chelsea for the $$$.

I have nothing against Lampard. I'm sure he's a nice lad, just needs to drop the Kaka impersonations when he gets a deflected goal. That's a bit annoying.

Chelsea should never have signed Meireles from us, we could have done with him, and they don't need him prancing about the pitch, to scared to put a tackle in. He's only interested when they are in possession.

Not a huge Abidal fan, perhaps a sympathy selection because of his illness last year, and Diego Forlan was shocking last year for Atleti! Benzema wasn't great last year also. Only played because of injury.

I'd swap them for Mario Gomez (ultimate poacher), Edison Cavani and Lucas Leiva

With Cole, Terry and Lampard - The reasons they are disliked arent for the reasons you have posted Mike.

These 3 have been at Chelsea for years and have always been disliked.

Ashley was disliked before he even joined Chelsea, the only fans who liked him were Arsenal fans, and then they hated him. He didn't mess Cheryl about then, he didn't do anything really. He is just a little gobby on the pitch, some call it passion.

Terry never slept with Bridges Mrs, Wasnt England captain, didnt have news about his dodgey dad or shoplifting mum in the press, and he was disliked. I think its because he was one of the first serious £100k+ a week players. Which is the same for Lampard.

In the end I honestly believe that it was jealousy that these three are disliked.

However, ammo was then seriously handed around for the Cheryl incident, the Bridge incident and Frank leaving his mrs.

I will never forgive the people who have made horrific comments about Frank Lampards mother dying. I actually lost a friend over it, was quite sickening to me. Especially when he done nothing but be a Chelsea player and imo thats not worthy of that sort of abuse.

Ive always liked Ashley Cole from his Arsenal days in the Invinecables, he has been the best left back probably in the World for the last 10 years, certainly Top3. Every Tournament England have been in, whos been the best England players? Yeah, Ashley Cole.

Always liked Lampard, top player, really nice bloke, same for JT, so I really dont get any of this 'hate' for any of them.

I like Lampard, think he is a good professional and from what I have seen of him on T.V etc he seems a really nice guy.

Ashley Cole I dislike for a few things, his attitude at times stinks, he is in my eyes well over rated so always irritates me when people bang on about him. He chooses to be very idiotic at times, the air rifle incident for example. I know this was not long ago but just an example of his idiotic actions. The stuff with Cheryl doesn't bother me hate her just as much and think she is way over rated looks and singing wise.

John Terry well I don't know I am a bit torn about this, can be a class A idiot o nand off the pitch at times, and when being England captain you need to keep yourself clean and out the press for bad reasons. Good player but again over rated by the British media to make us think we have a better national team than what we actually do!
