I tottaly agree but all im saying is get the in active ones out, you must notice your self there is a few who are never on. and about the time at work during the day, he should look into getting someone who can be on while at work, maybe a self employed person or a person who works at home who can have the site open and check once in a while when they aint busy

And with the applications, of course you can't judge how good a moderator will be by a paragraph or so. But every moderator is only promoted for a 2 week trial at first. If there's any problems, we simply aren't kept on!

Hodge, this isn't a job. They come on to chill out like everyone else does. So what if they aren't on for a couple days? Not everyone can be on here for hours on end. Even just checking up. Most of the are teens, a lot of them have their own families to look after first.

then therefor, they arent commited, yeh fine they have jobs and families, me too but i still manage to find allot of time during this, and if they only come on to chill why apply for the mod job as allot of time you cant chill. theres allot of mods ive tried reporting problems to who have PM turned of in game, therefor i cant report a problem straight away!

I would apply again, but there's no point. It's clear that the admins have some sort of requirements in place, and those requirements clearly having nothing to do with being able to moderate at all.

you say its not the size, i agree but if nick changed the in active mods then there would be room for new mods to help you out bud, thereofr people like me wouldnt complain about no mods been on lol. it is allot for 1 mod to deal with this full site by himself during the day
